Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of human hair products and hygiene standards, all returns must meet the following conditions:

* Hair must be in its original condition.
* Hair must not be worn, washed, brushed, cut, colored, altered, or chemically processed.
* Lace must not be cut.
* Original tags, packaging, and security ties must remain attached.
* Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery approval.

Inspection of Returned Items

All returned products are carefully inspected upon receipt.

If the returned hair has been tampered with, worn, altered, damaged, or is not returned in its original condition, the return request may be denied.

If a returned item is received with missing components, damaged packaging, or signs of handling that reduce the product’s value, AHE reserves the right to issue a partial refund or deny the refund entirely, as permitted by applicable law.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Chargeback and Fraud Prevention Policy

AHE actively monitors and investigates fraudulent transactions and chargeback abuse.

By placing an order, the customer agrees that:

* Delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier serves as proof of fulfillment.
* Tracking information, shipping records, customer communications, billing information, and fraud prevention data may be submitted to financial institutions to dispute unauthorized chargebacks.
* Filing a false chargeback after confirmed delivery may be considered payment fraud and may be reported to the appropriate authorities or collections agencies where permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

AHE is not responsible for misuse, improper installation, chemical processing, or alterations made to products after delivery.

Natural variations in human hair texture, color, and pattern may occur and are not considered defects.
